Be Grounded with A Sis

We’re somehow here with you and your clock has moved forward.  Notice how we have suspended time somehow.  How words were here with me then and they’re here with you now.

Wiggle your toes.  Perhaps a pinky fingertip touches your nose.  Perhaps you are within the sound of a lyrical note.

Notice sound rushing into your awareness.  Is it profound?  We are gifted with a picture of

the thud of

your aorta

as it becomes audible,

beating the drum of your cymbals,

those cylindrical hallways

those canals pouring into your ears.

Explore your orchestra of strings

attached to people, attached to the day, being pulled by ideas, and plucking obligations with pizzicato technique; feel them release.  Perhaps you clear your chords.

Invitation to create new chords when you prefer.  You may create a new, more lovely chord.  A chord may form for your own flexibility.  It may stretch you.  It may lead you to an end.  Decide what you desire from the appendages branching out of you; tree like; octopus like.  Which chords are outside of you?  Which strings are authentically yours?  Take about 15 seconds or a lot more, and rank the first two or three, that you may know where your compass begins at this foundational plane.  Perhaps this will help us recreate the chords which ground us most.

Imagine a rush of crystal blue energy rushing up to you from the center of the earth’s core.  This grounding cord reaches your heels, your spine, your skull, and connects you to the heavens. Your forever umbilical cord which cleanses and nurtures you, is present for you to tug when you feel at war with our world, is thicc and glowing alongside your organs.  You keep it in mind.  Many will you find as you search asking this cord, and many more cords must you call forth.  Clear this cord and create another, another, another… clear them like an exhale.  Clear as a clairvoyance, clear them as a field of herbs may be cleared during harvest.

Come back into the space or container, or vessel.  Greet the place which supports you in this moment.

And come into awareness of your breath again.

Psalm 24:1 reads, “A Psalm of David. The earth is the LORD’S, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.”

And so it is.  Aśe.  Amen.
